After a first successful venture into property rental in the same building, the owner of this flat decided to re-iterate his collaboration with us with a bigger challenge. This time, a 60 sq.m. one-bedroom apartment full of wasted hallways and majorly lacking appeal. We tore down every wall, shifted the kitchen into the main space, created a second bedroom with storage, and decorated it in a manner that would appeal easily to corporate tenants – the target audience.
Once again we handled everything literally from A to Z: from collecting the keys at the Notary who signed the sale, to delivering the keys to the corporate rental agency. A truly headache-free process for busy investors such as our client.
