Project Temple.

Based in Dubai, the new owners of this apartment who had lived in Paris before had their mind set on the Marais for a pied-à-terre/investment. This well-located apartment, close to the groovy Haut-Marais and Oberkampf districts, made good use of space already. The scope of works therefore comprised decoration and furnishing and making sure everything was in place for when they would visit. The owner Maia Aoun being an interior architect herself, this was a four-handed work, making the process all the more pleasurable.

The 1800s building - like many older buildings in Paris -, presented enormous discrepancies in floor levels, walls structure and door treatments. We had to circumvent these obstacles with custom-made storage and wardrobes, with trompe-l'œil effects to camouflage the lack of parallelism everywhere.

Warm and cosy, with a beautiful functioning fireplace, this apartment is a sought-after gem, either occupied by its owners or rented-out.

Before.

“I would like to thank Yasmine for this collaboration which was very pleasant from day 1.

First of all Yasmine helped us validate our acquisition. Then she was receptive on a daily basis, not only to implement the required renovations and execute the works, but also to fully equip the apartment A to Z while respecting the deadlines. I highly recommend her!”
