The owners of this apartment wished to shift from an unfurnished-year-long contract to a furnished-short-term type. We were given the task of giving it a facelift and making it easily appealing for holiday renters looking for a central location in Dubai, yet more moderately priced than the affluent beach-front areas.

Budget was of the essence and we delivered the unit fully ready for its next occupants. It has been rented out with an excellent occupancy rate ever since.
