Our sister real estate company sold 6 apartments in this beautiful tower overlooking the Marina to an investor. We were entrusted with the furnishing and decoration of the units, to be marketed as holiday homes on short term rent. Our aim was to make them stand out against the mostly bland offerings on the market and to appeal easily to tourists. The apartments have been renting out very successfully since.
