Steps away from the Champs-Elysees and the gorgeous place des Etats-Unis, this 71 sq.m. apartment initially featured a single bedroom, bathroom and a large living-room. It was sold via our sister real estate company. Our role was to optimise it for a flipping investment purpose, therefore adding a second versatile room which serves as bedroom or office, a second shower room and a guest WC.

We furnished and decorated the space without entering into large costly works. The style is our CONTEMPARISIAN™ signature: a French flair with modern feel. As a result the apartment got sold and its new owner immediately rented it out successfully to expat executive profiles.
