Project Bassano studio.
Nestled in a beautiful Haussmannian building between the Champs-Elysees and the distinguished Place des Etats-Unis, this was a studio flat of barely 29 sq.m. with a separate kitchen. It was sold by our sister real estate company. To optimise the return for our investor, as well as give more comfort to the future occupant, we did a major overhaul of the space turning it into a proper 1-bedroom apartment. The space is extremely carefully designed to include an entrance hall, a living space, a dining space, an open kitchen with all appliances, a bedroom with open shower room, and a separate WC.
The glazed frames partition maintains a sense of space and light, it also hides multiple custom-made storage underneath.
This apartment won the US-based “Small Cool Space” 2016 international award. It has been renting out continuously since.

Our International Winner… Yasmine’s Parisian charmer
“ Yasmine’s stylish sanctuary in Paris won us over its smart use of space, creating usable spots for different functions i about 300 square feet. We loved the memorable wall display of painted frames which Yasmine collected from flea markets and second hand shops: it adds interest without overwhelming the small space.
Yasmine’s kitchen and dining are small, but smartly-designed. In her words “Every inch has been carefully designed to be optimal and fit as much storage as possible.” This home gives off a chic, yet relaxed vibe. It looks serene yet modern, and while it is small it has nice personality.
Carving out a distinct bedroom can be a challenge in such a small home, but using interior windows is a clever way to do so while still keeping an airy feeling. And though the bedroom is quite tiny, it’s also quite stylish - a boutique hotel feel about it.
Congratulations Yasmine! “
