Project Annecy.
Situated in the stunning town of Annecy “the Venice of the Alps”, very close to Geneva Switzerland, and with a perfect location, this apartment clearly had a big real estate potential. Its owners who lived abroad hadn’t done much refurbishments over the years, and were finding it extremely difficult to rent it out in its current dated state.
Once again, we handled the entire process A to Z: from collecting the keys to handing over the keys to the rental agency. We changed the kitchen, lifted the whole place up and furnished it entirely, within a very tight timeline and a specific budget. Some existing vintage wood furniture was revisited in Farrow & Ball grey/off-black hues for a more contemporary look.
As result, the apartment which was empty for years got rented out in less than week, and has been occupied ever since. A truly headache-free process for the owners.
